Líder de Gobierno y Cumplimiento de TI

Estamos en búsqueda de un Líder de Gobierno y Cumplimiento de Tecnologías de la Información, responsable de asegurar la correcta operación, actualización y mejora continua de los Sistemas de Gestión de TI, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, regulatorio y de estándares internacionales.

Esta posición es estratégica para alinear los procesos de TI con los objetivos del negocio y los marcos de control y mejores prácticas de la industria.

Responsabilidades

  • Documentar, evaluar, implementar y auditar requerimientos derivados de ISO 20000, ISO 27001 e ISO 42001.
  • Definir, formalizar y mantener actualizados procesos, políticas, procedimientos y manuales de la Dirección de Sistemas.
  • Dar seguimiento a hallazgos, brechas, no conformidades y oportunidades de mejora detectadas en auditorías internas y externas.
  • Participar en auditorías de SGTP y SGIA, así como en procesos de certificación PCI DSS, ITIL, COBIT y eTOM.
  • Coordinar auditorías y actividades con organismos certificadores y consultoras como EY, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, Mazar y Pink Elephant.
  • Realizar diagnósticos de brecha frente a ISO 42001, EU AI Act, OECD Principles y LFPDPPP.
  • Alinear procesos operativos y estratégicos de TI con los objetivos de la Dirección General.
  • Supervisar controles, documentación y herramientas ITSM (Remedy, HP, RTC, Jira, ServiceNow).

Requisitos

  • Certificaciones vigentes en ISO 20000 e ISO 27001.
  • Experiencia comprobable como Auditor Senior y Líder de Sistemas de Gestión.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en ITIL, COBIT, PCI DSS y marcos regulatorios de TI.
  • Experiencia coordinando auditorías internas y externas.
  • Experiencia en implementación y mejora continua de sistemas de gestión.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con áreas multidisciplinarias (QA, NOC, Infraestructura, Seguridad, Desarrollo, PMO y Estrategia Digital).

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Estándares y marcos: ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ITIL Expert, PCI DSS, COBIT, eTOM.
  • Gestión de riesgos y administración de proyectos.
  • Herramientas ITSM: Remedy, HP, RTC, Jira, ServiceNow.
  • Herramientas: Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Outlook y Teams.
