Key responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities: Analyze market trends and identify new business prospects, markets, and potential partnerships.
- Develop strategy: Create and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Build relationships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with other companies and key stakeholders.
- Drive revenue: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and proposals that generate revenue.
- Negotiate and close deals: Lead negotiations for new client contracts and other business deals.
- Report and analyze: Track and report on sales activity, key performance metrics, and market trends to senior management.
Collaborate internally: Partner with other departments like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure strategic alignment.
Required skills and qualifications
- Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or Engineering. An MBA is preferred
- Experience: 5 -10 years of proven track record in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships in the Refrigeration Industry.
