full-time Analyst
to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality client work.

As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, supporting senior consultants and associates in all aspects of the search process. This includes conducting in-depth research on industries, companies, and executives; analyzing market trends; preparing candidate assessments; and managing project workflows. You will work in a collaborative, high-performance environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients and the leaders we place.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive research on companies, industries, and leadership talent.
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and associates to develop search strategies.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify and evaluate top executive talent.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
    (written and spoken).
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in research, consulting, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases and research tools is a plus.
