Sales Executive – Transportation & Logistics

Location: Tijuana, B.C.

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Industry: Transportation / Cross-Border Logistics / Freight Services

An established U.S.-based transportation company is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Tijuana. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships within the transportation and logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Sell transportation and logistics services to new and existing customers.
  • Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and dispatch to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in transportation, freight, brokerage, or logistics sales (required).
  • Solid understanding of cross-border operations (preferred).
  • English proficiency: intermediate–advanced (required).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email, and spreadsheets.
