Estamos buscando un Sales Executive Senior – Tecnología (Presencial, Tijuana) En HITSS buscamos un Sales Executive con sólida experiencia en desarrollo de negocio y venta de servicios tecnológicos, enfocado en impulsar el crecimiento sostenible, generar relaciones estratégicas y cerrar acuerdos de alto impacto. Responsabilidades principales: Diseñar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento y desarrollo de negocio. Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre de contratos. Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes empresariales. Identificar oportunidades de mercado y nuevas cuentas estratégicas. Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales de servicios tecnológicos. Negociar términos y condiciones contractuales asegurando acuerdos rentables. Coordinar con equipos de marketing, producto y operaciones para el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales. Administrar pipeline, forecast y CRM, garantizando visibilidad y control del funnel de ventas. Dar seguimiento a KPI’s comerciales como TCV, ACV, margen y cumplimiento de objetivos. Perfil requerido: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Sales Executive o Business Development en tecnología. Experiencia comercial en soluciones y servicios como ERP, fábrica de software, testing, automation, AI, Data, Cloud y CRM (Salesforce). Enfoque estratégico, habilidades de negociación y orientación a resultados. Experiencia trabajando con cuentas corporativas y proyectos de alto valor.
