About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring needs at our manufacturing site. In this on-site role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates arriving for face-to-face interviews and will ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience. On a typical day, you will help manage the flow of 60–70 applicants, assisting them through the various steps of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register all incoming candidates onsite
  • Oversee the completion of new-hire documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate medical exams and background checks
  • Track candidate progress in collaboration with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily reports
  • Provide excellent service and support to applicants during the hiring process

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing coordination preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office and ATS tools is a plus

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: Shorter hours, depending on volume
  • On-site role in Tijuana
