The Opportunity
Your Impact
PepsiCo operates a hybrid, multivendor, outsourced model for its global Infrastructure Operations. The IT Operations team collaborates with multiple business units, internal IT groups, strategic partners, and OEMs to deliver reliable, high-quality services around the clock.

The Network Operations Analyst will support both the technical and financial aspects of LATAM network operations. This role requires a strong understanding of network fundamentals combined with budget management and analytical capabilities to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and visibility of network services across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the LATAM Network Operations team in budget management & Operations for network services.
  • Support vendor costs, purchase orders, and financial tracking activities in partnership with global finance and procurement teams.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance and availability, identifying opportunities for improvement in performance, capacity, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Managed Service Providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs.
  • Contribute to the optimization of network solutions (LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN).
  • Support automation initiatives to streamline monitoring and operational processes.
  • Generate and maintain financial and operational dashboards using Excel and Power BI (preferred).
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring financial and technical alignment.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Technical Skills (Mandatory):

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in budget and cost management (must have).
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals (equivalent to CCNA level).
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • English fluency (written and spoken).

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of learning independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, matrix environment.
