Team Venti is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B) with a strong foundation in brand and digital marketing who's eager to grow, experiment, and make an impact in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Maintain strong brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitors, and e-commerce opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive growth.
  • Track performance using KPIs, analytics, CRM, and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Share insights, results, and best practices with internal teams.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to continuously evolve our brand presence.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or similar roles.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM, and AI tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Exposure to international or multicultural markets.
  • Creative eye for design and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and methodologies.
