Qualifications

7+ years in a Solution Architect or senior technical role focused on digital experience delivery

Deep, hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) (Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, etc.) and strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content delivery

Proven track record of successful integration between AEC products and other enterprise systems

Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills to address complex integration and performance challenges.

Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior technical expert, providing expert knowledge of promotion and experience capabilities to agencies and internal teams
  • Integration, configuration, activation, and reporting of all digital experiences, leveraging the capabilities of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AEM
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive input and alignment during team reviews
  • Ensure the proper integration, configuration, and activation of new promotions and experiences within the Adobe ecosystem, adhering to global standards
  • Design and oversee the implementation of robust quality assurance processes (in coordination with QA teams) to guarantee product reliability, performance, and user satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Global MarTech relationship team to manage product updates and ensure consistent implementation of global AEC products
