About the team:

At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

About the role:

The Industry Operations Client Solutions team helps formulate industry strategy and identify growth opportunities. In order to deliver industry-specific solutions and methodologies across the LATAM region. Nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a key pillar for this team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

Being a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders

  • We are in the business of solutions - these cover everything from product adoption, strategy and/or optimizations to help top clients link their marketing objectives to their business goals

  • Able to combine product developments, market landscape and competitor activities to help the sales team set priority and direction

  • Driving and facilitating the adoption of Pixels, MMPs and APIs where applicable

  • Building Test & Learn plans in conjunction with the usage of Measurement solutions (BLS, CLS, Ad Effectiveness etc.) across full-funnel solutions

  • Putting together narratives, workshops and business reviews etc. to educate and upskill clients in charting the way forward

  • Establish TikTok part of client's Always-on Full-Funnel platform via Playbooks, infographics, events; able to make meaningful connections between upper and lower funnel strategy, especially around TikTok Shop business

Stakeholder Management & Revenue Impact

  • Building trusting relationships and robust communication with internal cross-functional teams and external client & agency teams to ensure sustained growth of accounts

  • Understanding the scope of various cross functional teams and whom to approach for what purpose

  • Pushing through product adoption, programs and packages built around specific company or market level priorities

  • Having an equal stake in Account & Opportunity planning, and working together with the Brand Partnerships team to come up with innovative solutions and strategies

  • Tracking revenue attainment and impact of client activities on Book of Business, individually and as a team

  • Sharing client/market/vertical learnings and knowledge across Client Solutions Teams, and beyond where pertinent, through case studies or other ad hoc sharings

  • Gather, analyze and present data alongside insights and actionable next steps as part of post campaign reporting or account audits

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in CPG/Apps

  • High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Spanish-Speaking markets.

  • Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges

  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance

  • Understanding of measurement tools like MMP, pixel implementation and basic troubleshooting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Ownership and complex cross functional project management experience

  • Robust Data analytical skills in Excel and Powerpoint (Thinkcell) is a plus

  • Fast learner, ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

  • Willingness to take frequent business trips across LATAM regions
