Ingredion is seeking a
Manager, Procure to Pay Productivity and Project Management
to lead cross-functional project management and governance for all Procure to Pay activities in our Guadalajara and Tulsa locations, supporting primarily the Americas region. Your expertise will help execute the Procure to Pay strategy, ensuring high-quality service delivery to suppliers and internal stakeholders aligned with Ingredion's Customer Experience commitments: responsive, empathetic, proactive, and innovative.

As a
Manager, Procure to Pay Productivity and Project Management,
you will drive project management, continuous improvement, and digital enablement initiatives within the Procure to Pay teams to enhance timeliness, accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.

This role reports indirectly to the Senior Manager, Americas Procure to Pay and serves as a point of escalation for troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues.

What Will You Do

• Lead Procure to Pay project management activities across multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously, ensuring delivery of targeted results.
• Apply effective project management methodologies across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Oversee productivity initiatives, process improvements, and digital enablement activities to drive efficiency and mitigate business risks.
• Collaborate with key business partners and report on project status, risks, and enhancements.
• Support global Procure to Pay operations with documentation, policy development, and compliance (including SOX).
• Coach and develop team members, assess training needs, and promote career growth within the Procure to Pay organization.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Procure to Pay value chain, including at least 2 years in project management or a supervisory role.
• Advanced knowledge of Procure to Pay policies, procedures, and controls.
• Strong systems knowledge and passion for technology integration to automate processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
