HEAD OF SALES AND GROWTH

Kovi MX is a Brazilian startup dedicated to car rentals, where our drivers are our top priority. At Kovi, we believe that thousands of drivers deserve the opportunity to take control of their lives. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to join our team as our next Head of Sales and Growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and execute sales and growth strategies to ensure sustainable business expansion.
  • Continuously enhance Kovi's value proposition to attract and retain drivers.
  • Ensure a utilization rate (UR) of 94% through effective sales planning and prospecting.
  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to drive lead generation.
  • Manage CRM systems and data analytics to track performance and conversion rates.
  • Develop and monitor key KPIs to measure sales efficiency and growth impact.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership position managing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with proven ability to meet KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
  • Experience in CRM management and digital campaign execution (Facebook and Google Ads).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (hybrid).

Work location: Reforma, Mexico City (near Metro Hamburgo or Glorieta Insurgentes).
