Your New Role
:
The Senior Business Analyst will assist the team as well as key stakeholders across various tasks related to multiple applications and business processes.

Your Role Accountabilities:

OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Lead prioritization of business requirements in collaboration with the project team, key stakeholders, and management, and own the development and maintenance of detailed project plans using standard tools.
• Act as a liaison between the broader Technology & Operations team and business clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Drive collaboration with product managers and business analysts across a diverse set of applications to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Delegate tasks strategically, balancing team development opportunities, skill sets, and project urgency to optimize outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional teams and contribute to leadership efforts within a matrixed environment, including BU Champions.
• Design and maintain project management templates, ensuring all team and application documentation remains current and accessible.
• Spearhead the development of new and improved workflows and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver stakeholder training and create comprehensive training materials to support the adoption of new processes.
• Own the drafting and execution of project deployment plans in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Take initiative on special assignments from management, including vendor evaluations, consultant proposal assessments, and other strategic responsibilities.

STRATEGY

• Partner directly with key stakeholders to identify team needs and interdependencies, ensuring business processes are aligned and optimized.
• Establish and lead the methodology to evaluate, prioritize, and monitor the backlog for both vendor-owned and internally developed products and processes.
• Clearly articulate strategic challenges and proactively present well-reasoned, actionable solutions to drive decision-making.
• Develop and deliver tailored strategy presentations that resonate with specific stakeholder groups and support informed action.
• Design and implement scalable frameworks, leveraging dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards to support ongoing planning and performance tracking through KPIs.

ANALYTICS

• Own the end-to-end creation and continuous enhancement of BI dashboards and KPI frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations by analyzing outputs from multiple systems and synthesizing insights.
• Lead and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by authoring test scripts, coordinating execution, and tracking outcomes to ensure quality delivery.
• Conduct in-depth performance analyses of business processes and proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of all major projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and visibility across teams

Qualifications & Experiences:

• 5+ years of prior experience in a related role
• Experience working with internal departments to champion their technology needs
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing financial models in Excel, Tableau, or Smartsheet
• Expert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents, presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheets
• Experience managing relationships with external software vendors, a distributed technology organization, and business partners
• A passion for accuracy and translating insights into a compelling narrative; able to maintain a balance between the details and the larger picture
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Superb relationship building skills
• Work collaboratively w/small teams
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
• Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment

Not Required but preferred experience:

• Experience working with the following business groups: Travel, Mail Services, Enterprise Business Resilience
• Knowledge of and passion for technology and industry best practices (AI, ML etc.)
• Experience working in a global company with senior management in a different time zone
