Business Development Representative (BDR) freelance
para apoyar la
prospección y cierre
de generaciones en universidades.

El rol es
100% por comisión
, con potencial de ingresos atractivo por volumen y un proceso comercial estructurado.

Esquema (solo comisión)

  • 5% al cerrar hasta $225,000 MXN (comisión hasta $11,250 MXN)
  • 6% al cerrar $225,000 a $450,000 MXN (comisión hasta $27,000 MXN)
  • 8% al cerrar +$450,000 MXN (comisión desde $36,000 MXN)

Referencia rápida:
con ticket promedio de $1,500 MXN, $225,000 equivale a ~150 alumnos. (2 a 3 generaciones medianas o una grande )Responsabilidades

  • Prospectar y contactar representantes/comités de generación en universidades.
  • Gestionar conversaciones y seguimiento hasta el cierre.
  • Mantener un pipeline simple y reportes básicos de avance.
  • Operar bajo lineamientos de marca (comunicación profesional, sin spam, sin prácticas invasivas).

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en ventas, prospección o atención comercial (ideal, no excluyente).
  • Excelente comunicación escrita (WhatsApp/DM).
  • Organización y disciplina para seguimiento.
  • Criterio y ética comercial para proteger la reputación de marca.
