Propósito del Puesto

Coordinar, supervisar y optimizar las operaciones de los pilotos encargados de manejar y monitorear robots de delivery. Garantizar la seguridad, eficiencia y cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad en la operación, asegurando la correcta entrega de los pedidos y la continuidad del servicio.

Funciones Principales:

1. Supervisión Operativa

  • Monitorear el desempeño diario de los pilotos de robots de delivery.
  • Asegurar que se cumplan los protocolos de conducción remota, seguridad y tiempos de entrega.

2. Gestión del Equipo

  • Asignar turnos y rutas de operación a los pilotos.
  • Capacitar y dar retroalimentación constante para mejorar habilidades técnicas y de servicio.

3. Gestión de Incidencias

  • Resolver o escalar problemas técnicos y operativos durante las entregas.

4. Optimización y Reportes

  • Analizar métricas de desempeño (tiempos de entrega, incidentes, eficiencia energética).
  • Proponer mejoras en la operación y procesos de conducción remota.

5. Cumplimiento Normativo y de Seguridad

  • Asegurar que se respeten las políticas de la empresa y normas de seguridad vial aplicables.
  • Garantizar la integridad de la carga, el robot y los clientes.

6. Control de asistencia y puntualidad

  • Enfoque en adherencia a horario entrada y salida
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de productividad de los pilotos
  • Gestionar ausencias y tomar acciones que minimicen los impactos operativos

Perfil del Puesto

Formación Académica: Técnico o Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Logística, Sistemas, Robótica o afín

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 2 años en operaciones logísticas, supervisión de equipos o manejo de sistemas automatizados.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Manejo de plataformas de control remoto y software de monitoreo.
  • Conocimientos básicos de robótica, telecomunicaciones y ciberseguridad.
  • Gestión de KPIs y herramientas de análisis de datos
  • Deseable C1 (Avanzado): Uso efectivo del idioma en situaciones sociales, académicas y profesionales
