Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Experience managing
    hourly personnel and supervisors
    .
  • Production Planning and Control
    .
  • Continuous Improvement
    (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Performance indicator management (KPIs)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    quality standards and industrial safety
    .
  • Experience with
    ERP systems and analytical tools
    (Excel, production systems).
  • Multidisciplinary team management
    .
  • Cross-functional leadership at management levels
    .
  • Ability to achieve
    predictable results and continuous improvement
    through effective planning, organization, budgeting, and performance measurement.
