¿Qué harás?
- Liderar la planificación, ejecución y cierre de proyectos asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo, calidad y presupuesto establecidos
- Definir objetivos, entregables, cronogramas y recursos necesarios para cada proyecto en colaboración con stakeholders clave
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (creativos, estratégicos, tecnológicos, producción) garantizando alineación y comunicación efectiva
- Gestionar riesgos, issues y cambios en el proyecto implementando planes de mitigación y contingencia cuando sea necesario
- Establecer y dar seguimiento a KPIs y métricas de desempeño de proyectos generando reportes ejecutivos de avance
- Facilitar reuniones de kick-off, seguimiento y cierre de proyectos con equipos internos y clientes
- Administrar presupuestos de proyectos controlando costos y asegurando rentabilidad dentro de parámetros establecidos
- Mantener comunicación constante con clientes y stakeholders proporcionando actualizaciones y gestionando expectativas
- Implementar mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos y metodologías ágiles o tradicionales según las necesidades del proyecto
- Asegurar la documentación completa de proyectos incluyendo planes, minutas, reportes y lecciones aprendidas
Skills Requeridos
- Experiencia +5 años
- Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Mercadotecnia, Comunicación o carreras afines
- Dominio de metodologías de gestión de proyectos
- Dominio Avanzado en: Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday, Jira o herramientas similares de gestión de proyectos. Microsoft Excel.
