In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless business strategy execution within functions/markets in scope, implementing high-end smart data driven solutions to enable planned business growth while managing overall credit risk exposure, regulatory/reputational risks, delivering expected business results in line with Finance/Business Plan to key Business stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, planning and direction business unit(s), maintains budgets and effectively allocates resources to support functions in scope. Having full management responsibility for professionals and/or managers performs all duties inherent in a managerial role or managing projects or process, primarily for North America, LACA & Oceania retail business.
- Serves strategic business partners with key stakeholders including Business, Product, IT, Settlement/Accounting, others, ensuring seamless execution of business strategy, key initiatives and best in class debt collections support to our Agents & Business partners.
- Oversee efficiency & cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs supporting NA B2B & LACA Master Agents Debt Collections within Finance Operations organization.
- Responsible for driving process optimization/automation & support objectives consistent with strategic goals & standards.
- Enhance service quality, ensure compliance with operating standards, and provide training to optimize service delivery, supporting business growth while managing credit risk exposure.
- Analyzes business risks & opportunities and recommends data driven solutions.
- Key player in enterprise wise complex risk collections & related projects.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of financial industry, Finance Operations including OTC relevant experience
- MBA Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Math or similar is must
- Experience in Retail Business serving North America & LACA markets
- Experience in developing & maintaining sustainable business relationships with key stakeholders including Product, IT, Settlement/Accounting, Business teams
- Knowledge of Retail, Digital & Omni-channel products, including but not limited to money transfer, money order, bill payments, digital wallets, pay-out, etc.
- Proven experience in successfully managing & leading high-performance teams
- Solid experience in developing smart data analytics driven business models
- Solid experience in developing automation solutions & process redesign
- Data modelling & analytics skills are highly desired.
