Full-Time | Remote

Vee is hiring a high-energy Customer Success Manager to guide nonprofits through their first 30–60 days on our AI platform. You'll own the most important stage of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, and early success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and ensure AI teams, integrations, and social channels are set up correctly.
  • Teach users the platform and provide clear, confident guidance.
  • Troubleshoot in real time via video, phone, text, or email.
  • Resolve issues quickly, escalate smartly, and follow up with next steps.
  • Manage a high volume of accounts with strong prioritization and proactive communication.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in Customer Success, Support, or Onboarding (SaaS preferred).
  • Excellent communicator — especially on video.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and fast tech learning.
  • Calm under pressure and confident with escalations.
  • Great judgment on when to email, text, call, or go on video.
  • Strong time-management across many accounts.
  • High empathy and a passion for supporting nonprofits.
