we're looking for a
Strategic Account Manager,
who will serve as a trusted partner to our key clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored marketing strategies to achieve their growth objectives. This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and project oversight to ensure client satisfaction, foster expansion, and support the company's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, analytics) to deliver solutions that meet client objectives and support mutual growth.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze results, and provide regular updates and detailed reports on progress and metrics to clients and management.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to expand service offerings and increase revenue.
  • Facilitate open communication between clients and the company to promptly address issues or concerns.
  • Oversee the implementation of client projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Manage account budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account performance, discuss future strategies, and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans that align with client goals and company growth targets.
  • Mentor junior account management staff and share best practices for client engagement, strategic growth, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Strategic Partner, or similar role in marketing or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital media, analytics, and account management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset with a growth-oriented outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
