The Role

We're looking for a
Digital Account Manager
with a sharp strategic mindset and deep understanding of the
luxury, spirits, lifestyle and hospitality industries
.

You'll be the bridge between clients and internal teams—leading digital strategies, creative campaigns, content production, and brand storytelling across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the agency's main representative and trusted advisor for luxury and hospitality clients.
  • Manage key accounts with a strong focus on digital and integrated communications.
  • Lead strategy and execution across digital channels (social media, paid media, influencers, PR, content).
  • Oversee project workflows from briefing to delivery, ensuring timeliness and excellence.
  • Coordinate creative, content, production, and digital teams to achieve flawless execution.
  • Build and manage budgets, timelines, and performance reports.
  • Identify insights, cultural trends, and creative opportunities that drive innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze digital KPIs, ensuring strategies deliver meaningful results.
  • Supervise vendors and partners to maintain premium quality standards.
  • Solve challenges proactively and communicate clearly under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in
    Digital Account Management
    ,
    Brand Strategy
    , or
    Client Services
    .
  • Proven experience with
    luxury, hospitality,
    lifestyle
    or spirits brands
    .
  • Advanced English level
    (fluent in presentations and client communications).
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content strategy, and storytelling.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Passion for culture, design, and contemporary luxury experiences.
