Back Office Representative - Confie Tijuana

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong client relationships with timely, focused communication, with no calls during key moments.
  • Manage and update new claims for various commercial coverages in Alliant's system.
  • Process and set up new claims for commercial lines.
  • Ensure client records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office software.

You must be available to work a Monday to Friday schedule.

You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
