JOB DESCRIPTION
- Liderar el desarrollo de materiales y contenidos que describan el Programa de Partners y resalten sus beneficios, con el objetivo de atraer nuevos potenciales partners.
- Asegurar que los partners cuenten con el conocimiento de productos y el dominio de las herramientas necesarias para su éxito comercial y técnico.
- Gestionar el proceso de onboarding tanto para el Programa de Ventas como para el Programa de Partners de Servicios, actuando como punto de contacto principal para garantizar que los nuevos partners completen satisfactoriamente todas las etapas, coordinando con las áreas internas involucradas.
- Ser responsable de la firma de cartas de adhesión al programa, estableciendo claramente las metas de ventas anuales y los beneficios correspondientes.
- Asegurar que los partners cumplan con su compromiso de promoción de la marca, contribuyendo al incremento del brand awareness en sus mercados locales.
- Adaptar los modelos de contratos y cartas de adhesión del programa para reflejar nuevas condiciones o actualizaciones cuando sea necesario.
- Trabajar en conjunto con las áreas de Global Enablement, Offering, Ventas y Marketing para disponibilizar herramientas de aprendizaje dirigidas a equipos de ventas, preventa e ingeniería de partners y consultores.
- Liderar el relacionamiento con alianzas estratégicas en LATAM, incluyendo ICREA, DELL, LENOVO, CISCO, COMMSCOPE, HONEYWELL, entre otras.
- Medir y analizar la satisfacción de los partners asociados al programa, proponiendo acciones de mejora continua.
Requisitos
- 5 a 7 años de experiencia en gestión de programas de canales, alianzas estratégicas o enablement comercial, preferiblemente en empresas multinacionales del sector tecnológico, industrial o de infraestructura.
- 5 a 7 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales, marketing B2B, desarrollo de partners o gestión de ecosistemas de venta indirecta, programas regionales de partners, incluyendo onboarding, capacitación, contratos y gestión de beneficios.
- Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo, coordinación transversal y gestión de stakeholders en entornos multiculturales.
- Capacidad analítica para evaluar desempeño de partners, niveles de satisfacción y efectividad de programas de habilitación.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, tanto en español como en inglés.
- Inglés avanzado B2/C1 (oral y escrito). Portugués básico o avanzado es deseable.
- Formación universitaria en Administración, Ingeniería, Marketing o Negocios Internacionales. Estudios de posgrado son deseables.
Educación
- Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Marketing o Negocios.
- Posgrado en áreas de tecnología, mercadeo o ventas es deseable.
