Role: Application production support engineer [Java]

Location: Guadalajara Mexico

Experience: 8+ Years.

Contract role.

Required Skills


• Should have strong experience supporting Java applications and troubleshooting Java-based systems/frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).


• Experience with other technologies such as React, TypeScript, NodeJS, or scripting languages for automation.


• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.


• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).


• Min 5 year's experience in technical or application support, with a focus on direct incident resolution and troubleshooting.


• Skilled in using observability and monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, ServiceNow) for system health tracking and diagnostics.


• Ability to interpret logs, metrics, and performance data to identify root causes.


• Familiarity with ticketing, incident management, and documentation systems.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps practices.


• Flexible and adaptable to weekend or after-hours support as needed.
