Job Summary
· Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo a los KAMs, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos relacionados con la gestión de flotas, contratos y atención a clientes.
· Actuar como enlace entre los clientes y las áreas internas, gestionando solicitudes operativas, seguimiento de contratos, resolución de incidencias y asegurando una experiencia fluida y eficiente.
Main Responsibilities
- Brindar soporte operativo y documental a los KAMs en la administración y atención de clientes.
- Responder consultas y solicitudes de clientes, asegurando tiempos de respuesta eficientes (dentro de SLA).
- Dar seguimiento a incidencias operativas como mantenimiento, seguros, siniestros, gestión de multas, etc.
- Realizar ajustes administrativos y actualizaciones en los sistemas internos (Salesforce y Aldavar).
- Generar y gestionar documentación contractual (altas, bajas, renovaciones y ajustes de contratos)
- Monitorear vencimientos de contratos y líneas de crédito, asegurando sus renovaciones en tiempo.
- Coordinar con equipos internos (mantenimiento, seguros, remarketing, cobranzas, facturación, etc.) para garantizar la correcta operación de las flotas.
- Actualizar las bases de datos de clientes, flotas y contactos en CRM.
- Gestionar cotizaciones de nuevas unidades y modificaciones de contrato, asegurando que se emitan en un plazo no mayor a 48 horas.
- Apoyar en la preparación de presentaciones de negocio y análisis de datos de flota.
Knowledge required:
- Formación académica: Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Mercadotecnia o afín.
- English deseable.
- Experiencia laboral: +1 año en soporte comercial, servicio al cliente o administración en la industria automotriz o fleet management.
- Experiencia en manejo de documentación contractual y procesos operativos de arrendamiento.
