Cross Border Sales Manager (Gerente de ventas transfronterizas)

Empresa especializada en servicios de HR se encuentra en búsqueda de un Cross Border Sales Manager altamente motivado y experimentado para liderar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas en los mercados de Estados Unidos y Canadá. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en ventas transfronterizas, un historial probado de logros en ventas y una comprensión profunda de las tendencias del mercado y la cultura empresarial en Estados Unidos y Canadá.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de ventas efectiva y rentable para los mercados de Estados Unidos y Canadá.
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado, desarrollar nuevos negocios y maximizar las relaciones con los clientes existentes.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de marketing y operaciones para garantizar la coherencia y la eficacia en todas las áreas de ventas.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes y otros contactos clave en los mercados de Estados Unidos y Canadá.
- Desarrollar y gestionar un presupuesto de ventas rentable para la región, asegurando la rentabilidad y el crecimiento sostenible.
- Asegurarse de que se cumplan los objetivos y las metas de ventas y reportar regularmente al equipo de liderazgo de la empresa.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado y la competencia para garantizar la competitividad de la empresa.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, ventas, marketing o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia probada en ventas transfronterizas
- Inglés avanzado
