En ED Forwarding, miembro del grupo PSA BDP, buscamos un profesional con experiencia comprobable en Tender Management, RFQ's globales, Pricing y Procurement internacional, para integrarse a nuestro equipo de trabajo en CDMX.
La posición requiere una persona analítica, estratégica y con visión comercial para coordinar procesos de licitación global, cotizaciones y desarrollo de proveedores dentro del sector logístico internacional.
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar y gestionar procesos de
tenders globales y RFQ's internacionales
. - Análisis de tarifas, precios de mercado y situación competitiva.
- Elaboración de cotizaciones
FCL, LCL, AIR, FTL, LTL
. - Negociación con proveedores y coordinación con equipos
globales, operaciones, ventas y pricing
. - Implementación de estrategias de mejora en procesos de licitación y procurement.
- Análisis y presentación de resultados mediante
Excel, Power BI u otras herramientas
. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procesos y estándares globales de PSA BDP.
Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años
en
Tender Management, Pricing o Procurement internacional. - Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
- Dominio de Incoterms
y manejo de
mercancías peligrosas y/o refrigeradas. - Excel y Power BI
a nivel
intermedio–avanzado. - Experiencia en la
preparación, coordinación y gestión de procesos de licitación
, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y entregables. - Conocimientos sólidos en
análisis de mercado, elaboración de propuestas comerciales y evaluación de contratos. - Habilidad para
negociar, analizar y coordinar
con equipos globales, áreas operativas y comerciales. - Pensamiento estratégico
y clara orientación a resultados. - Excelente
organización, comunicación efectiva
y capacidad de negociación. - Capacidad para
trabajar en equipo
y gestionar múltiples proyectos de manera simultánea. - Conocimiento y manejo de
herramientas de gestión de proyectos
