Estamos en búsqueda de un/a
Chatbot Developer
con experiencia en el desarrollo de asistentes virtuales y soluciones de IA conversacional. La persona ideal tendrá sólidos conocimientos en modelos de lenguaje, diseño de flujos conversacionales y automatización mediante APIs.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar chatbots y asistentes virtuales.
  • Crear y optimizar prompts, flujos conversacionales y lógica de interacción.
  • Integrar modelos de IA (OpenAI, GPT, etc.) con sistemas internos y plataformas externas.
  • Automatizar procesos mediante APIs, webhooks y herramientas de workflow.
  • Analizar el rendimiento del chatbot y aplicar mejoras continuas.
  • Asegurar una experiencia conversacional natural, eficiente y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en desarrollo de chatbots o IA conversacional.
  • Conocimiento en APIs REST, JSON y herramientas de automatización.
  • Experiencia con plataformas de IA (OpenAI, Azure, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.).
  • Habilidades en programación (Python, JavaScript o similar).
  • Capacidad para diseñar diálogos, manejar contextos y optimizar prompts.
  • Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en resolución de problemas.

Plus (no obligatorio):

  • Experiencia en NLP/NLU.
  • Conocimiento en motores de búsqueda, embeddings o bases vectoriales.
  • Experiencia con bases de datos o integración con CRMs.
