Estamos en búsqueda de un/a
Chatbot Developer
con experiencia en el desarrollo de asistentes virtuales y soluciones de IA conversacional. La persona ideal tendrá sólidos conocimientos en modelos de lenguaje, diseño de flujos conversacionales y automatización mediante APIs.
Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar chatbots y asistentes virtuales.
- Crear y optimizar prompts, flujos conversacionales y lógica de interacción.
- Integrar modelos de IA (OpenAI, GPT, etc.) con sistemas internos y plataformas externas.
- Automatizar procesos mediante APIs, webhooks y herramientas de workflow.
- Analizar el rendimiento del chatbot y aplicar mejoras continuas.
- Asegurar una experiencia conversacional natural, eficiente y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en desarrollo de chatbots o IA conversacional.
- Conocimiento en APIs REST, JSON y herramientas de automatización.
- Experiencia con plataformas de IA (OpenAI, Azure, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.).
- Habilidades en programación (Python, JavaScript o similar).
- Capacidad para diseñar diálogos, manejar contextos y optimizar prompts.
- Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en resolución de problemas.
Plus (no obligatorio):
- Experiencia en NLP/NLU.
- Conocimiento en motores de búsqueda, embeddings o bases vectoriales.
- Experiencia con bases de datos o integración con CRMs.
