Eficientar los tiempos de las areas de Marketing y Administración de los residenciales para darle la información más rapida y personalizada a los huéspedes o clientes potenciales a través del otorgamiento de información y la aclaración de dudas y solucion de problemas a leads y clientes
- Seguimiento de conversaciones en OTA's, Airbnb y TBB (correo electrónico)
- Dar información vía teléfono, correo electróncio, chat bot cliengo, etc. a los leads o clientes potenciales
- Contestar comentarios de nuestros canales (airbnb, tripadvisor, OTA's, etc)
- Cierre de reservas vía chat bot clingo
- Seguimiento de leads correspondientes a Customer services.
- Monitoreo de llenado correcto en CRM, así como dar seguimiento a leads para ver si se les dio la información correcta.

Sueldo: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mes
