Are you a strategic SAP professional ready to drive digital transformation and power global business processes?

Join our Global Information Technology (GIT) team and take the lead in developing, configuring, and implementing cutting-edge SAP solutions that directly impact our Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics operations across the division. This is an opportunity to move beyond daily support and champion major projects, applying your functional expertise to solve complex business challenges and integrate with modern platforms like eCommerce.

What You Will Do

• Lead SAP Implementation & Configuration: Own the design, configuration, and testing of systems within SAP S/4HANA or ECC (Sales & Distribution and other logistics modules) to streamline core business processes.

• Drive Strategic Projects: Lead and coordinate the implementation of medium to large-scale IT projects, including the coordination of internal and external development resources, ensuring alignment with global standards and methodologies like Scrum/Agile.

• Innovate and Problem-Solve: Apply your conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to devise creative solutions for complex problems, assessing new technologies (like SAP Fiori) that add value to the business.

• Act as a Business Partner: Collaborate closely with Business Partners to transform complex business requirements into robust, scalable SAP system configurations and documented technical specifications.

• Ensure System Excellence: Maintain production system reliability, troubleshoot application issues, and provide expert IT support, upholding Global IT's standard operating procedures and service level agreements (SLA).

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.

• Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken)

• A proven track record of performance with at least 4 years of experience developing, configuring, implementing or supporting SAP S/4 or ECC (previous SAP version) technology, Sales and Distribution or other logistics modules. 

• Experience on projects or leading IT projects. 

• Coordination of external resources for IT implementations. 

• Strong desire to expand knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level. 

Preferred Qualifications: Accelerate Your Impact

• E-Commerce Integration: Experience with eCommerce platforms and their integration with SAP SD modules.

• Modern SAP: Desirable experience with SAP Fiori.

• Methodology: Familiarity with project implementation methodologies such as Scrum or Agile.

• Technical Growth: A strong desire to expand your technical and functional knowledge of SAP applications and components.
