The Chief Financial Officer of the Global Shared Services Center will be responsible for leading the comprehensive financial operations of 15 business units across various regions worldwide. Key responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Reporting, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Treasury for the company's designated subsidiaries, ensuring transparency, integrity, and full regulatory compliance.
This also includes defining and executing strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs and cycle times, and optimize global resources.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance Strategy & Transformation
- Partner with corporate leadership and Business Units to align the GSSC financial strategy with growth objectives, driving standardization, scalability, and cost efficiency
. - Own financial governance and controls, ensuring audit readiness, compliance, and strong risk management across multiple jurisdictions.
Deliver Executive-Level Financial Insight
- Lead consolidation, variance analysis, and executive reporting
,
delivering clear insights on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and performance drivers. - Translate financial data into actionable recommendations that support decision-making at the executive level.
Drive Digital & Process Excellence
- Champion digital transformation initiatives
(ERP, e-invoicing, BI dashboards, automation) to reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and enhance transparency. - Lead process re-engineering and the shared services maturity roadmap, embedding best practices and continuous improvement.
Manage Risk, Compliance & Integrity at Scale
- Oversee
liquidity, FX, credit, and tax exposure, designing mitigation strategies within regulatory and IFRS frameworks. - Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across all Business Units.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, leading remediation and strengthening controls.
Own Tax, Treasury & Working Capital
- Ensure full compliance across corporate, payroll, and indirect taxes, including filings, audits, and documentation.
- Optimize cash management, banking structures, credit facilities, and FX exposure, while improving working capital and cash predictability.
- Define and enforce credit policies, billing accuracy, and revenue recognition alignment.
Build High-Performing Finance Teams
- Develop and mentor finance leaders, driving capability building, workforce planning, and a culture of accountability.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Sales, IT, Legal, and HR to solve root-cause issues and enable business performance.

Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 5–7 years in leadership roles, ideally at a senior management level.
- Regulatory Compliance Experience: Proficiency in regulatory and tax compliance, with in-depth knowledge of local and international regulations.
- Knowledge of Accounting Systems: Previous experience implementing, using and managing accounting software systems, preferably with NetSuite or Oracle.
- Certifications or Professional Updates: Possession of certifications or professional updates in accounting, taxation, or financial management is highly valued.
