This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly for our tutors, students, and school partners.
What You'll Do

- Keeping operations organized and running smoothly behind the scenes

As part of the Monitoring Team, you will help ensure:
- Students are logging in properly
- Sessions start on time
- Tutors receive real-time support
- Small issues are flagged before they become big ones
- Data is tracked daily for internal reporting
This is a key support role that helps Papaya deliver high-quality tutoring every day.
Role Details
- Position: Operations Monitoring Team Member
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)
- Location: 100% Remote
- Base Pay: $400 USD/month
- Team: Monitoring & Operations
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Ideal Candidate Qualities
We're looking for someone who is:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting common issues
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask between different platforms
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong with written communication
- Able to stay focused during monitoring tasks
- Professional and consistent with time management
Experience with Google Sheets, basic tech support, or online tutoring platforms is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $7,300.00 per month
