Role Description

We're looking for a
Client Success Manager
who can help turn strategic ideas into coordinated action, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. You're part relationship-builder, part project translator, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and every client experience feels seamless.

What You'll Do

  • Lead client check-ins and strategy calls, ensuring clarity on goals, deliverables, and progress.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication: scheduling, emails, and meeting coordination.
  • Partner with strategists and project managers to ensure accurate scoping, prioritization, and scheduling.
  • Review deliverables for alignment with client expectations before delivery.
  • Track and summarize key client outcomes, metrics, and insights for reporting.
  • Organize client assets, drive folders, and shared documents for easy internal access.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication flow and strengthen client relationships.
  • Summarize client requests and translate them into tasks for project managers and creative teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and action items in our project management system ).
  • Assist in coordinating timelines, deliverables, and follow-up reminders.

What You'll Do

  • 3+ years in
    client coordination, account management, or executive/virtual assistant work
    (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in simplifying complex ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple clients at once.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, creative production, or web development workflows.
  • Ability to translate between client language and team execution language.
  • Experience with , Slack, and Google Workspace (bonus: CRM or PM tool experience).
  • Calm under pressure, proactive by nature, and relationship-driven.
