Objetivo del Puesto

Responsable de planear, programar, dar seguimiento y controlar el avance del proyecto de construcción mediante Microsoft Project, asegurando el cumplimiento del programa de obra, identificación de la ruta crítica y apoyo a la toma de decisiones en campo.

Requisitos Académicos

  • Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Deseable experiencia directa en obra de construcción.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 2 a 5 años en planeación y control de obra.
  • Experiencia comprobable en:
  • Programación de obra desde arranque hasta entrega.
  • Seguimiento de avances físicos reales en campo.
  • Reprogramaciones por cambios de alcance o atrasos.
  • Uso avanzado de Microsoft Project aplicado a obra.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Dominio de Microsoft Project:
  • Estructura de actividades por partidas de obra.
  • Relaciones de precedencia (FS, SS, FF).
  • Ruta crítica y holguras.
  • Líneas base y control de desviaciones.
  • Curva "S" de avance físico.
  • Conocimiento del proceso constructivo:
  • Cimentación
  • Estructura
  • Arquitectura y acabados
  • Instalaciones (MEP, deseable)
  • Integración del programa con avance físico de obra.
  • Manejo de Excel para reportes y control.

Funciones Principales

  • Elaborar el programa maestro de obra en Microsoft Project.
  • Desglosar actividades conforme al proceso constructivo real.
  • Dar seguimiento semanal al avance físico en campo.
  • Actualizar el programa y analizar desviaciones.
  • Identificar actividades críticas y riesgos de atraso.
  • Apoyar a residentes y supervisión en la planeación de frentes de trabajo.
  • Generar reportes de avance para dirección y cliente.
  • Proponer reprogramaciones cuando sea necesario.

Habilidades

  • Enfoque práctico y conocimiento de obra.
  • Alta capacidad de análisis y planeación.
  • Organización y seguimiento puntual.
  • Comunicación efectiva con residentes y contratistas.
  • Trabajo bajo presión y orientación a resultados.

Perfil Ideal

Ingeniero o arquitecto con experiencia real en obra, que domine Microsoft Project como herramienta de control, capaz de reflejar el avance real del proyecto, anticipar atrasos y apoyar a la obra para cumplir tiempos comprometidos.
