Nexaminds is looking for a multidisciplinary UX professional with expertise in
UX research, UX writing, and UX design
to help shape seamless and engaging experiences for eCommerce platform. This role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, the ability to translate insights into intuitive design solutions, and the skill to craft clear, persuasive, and user-centered content.

Location: MEXICO
Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in UX research, writing, and design, preferably within eCommerce or digital product companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user research, content strategy/microcopy, and design work.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English (and other languages a plus, depending on market).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with SEO and content optimization in eCommerce.
  • Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices.

Job duties

  • User Research:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics).

  • Translate findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions.

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer journeys in eCommerce.

  • UX Writing:

  • Create concise, clear, and engaging microcopy for product pages, checkouts, navigation, and error states.

  • Ensure consistency of tone and voice across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to align messaging with brand and business goals.

  • UX Design:

  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that reflect user needs and business objectives.

  • Design intuitive, conversion-oriented interfaces for web and mobile eCommerce experiences.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Domain Focus: eCommerce

  • Experience designing and writing for product discovery, product detail pages, shopping cart, checkout flows, and customer support touchpoints.
  • Deep understanding of how UX impacts conversion, retention, and customer trust in online shopping.
