What you'll do
Responsibilities
 Investigate accounts to identify fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeover, and other fraud vectorsConduct investigations on merchant accounts to support financial partner requirementsAssess risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activityHelp maintain fraud detection strategies and business rules that balance fraud loss and customer experienceContribute to root cause analysis to identify opportunities to predict, prevent, and mitigate risk within process and performanceParticipate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for the Fraud Operations teamWho you are

Minimum requirements
Some experience in fraud analysis, fraud investigations, or fraud operationsExperience using data to make assessments/judgementsA team-focused mentality and effective problem solving skillsThe ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic & solutions orientedYou're willing to periodically work a weekend day for which you will receive a weekday off; the SDC operates during daytime hours with shifts from the morning through early eveningPreferred qualifications
Fraud experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech mitigating digital/card-not-present fraudKnowledge of fraud schemes, fraud prevention methods, and fraud detection toolsPrior fraud experience across multiple industries/verticalsExperience in a high growth technology companyExperience working from a queue
