As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at DiDi, you will join a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on scaling our business across LATAM. You'll own sourcing strategies and help build high-performing teams by connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.
You'll thrive in our fast-paced, high-growth environment - ready to roll up your sleeves, think strategically, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Role Responsibilities
- Own and lead sourcing strategies and performance for hiring managers across LATAM.
- Partner closely with Recruiters and TC teams to meet monthly hiring goals.
- Develop talent maps and market insights to support strategic org design decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top talent pools for current and future opportunities.
- Stay current on market trends, key players, and competitor intelligence.
- Train and advise hiring managers on sourcing best practices and interviewing.
- Support hiring across global functions.
Role Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (in-house or agency).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Insights, Boolean Search, OCC, etc.).
- Strong project management and organizational skills — ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Advanced English.
