Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize collaboration with local PR agencies to ensure effective execution of brand communication strategies
  • Develop and implement content strategies for social media and the official website to enhance brand awareness and user engagement
  • Analyze social media and media sentiment data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Support crisis communication efforts, respond promptly to media inquiries, and protect the company's reputation
  • Ensure all communication materials align with brand tone and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spainish
  • Familiarity with social media operations, PR campaign execution, and crisis management procedures
  • Prior experience working in a PR agency is preferred
