LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Location EL SALTO, JALISCO

YOUR TASKS

  • Monitor and analyze key labor KPIs such as absenteeism and turnover (direct and indirect personnel).
  • Maintain ongoing communication and effective relationship management with labor unions.
  • Implement and follow up on progressive discipline processes, improvement plans, and employment terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with the internal labor regulations and company policies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
  • Proven experience in labor relations and union management.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (minimum requirement).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
