Como Becario del Centro de Excelencia de Operaciones, formarás parte de un equipo dinámico en el que colaborarás en actividades relacionadas con las Operaciones de Marketing. Tu objetivo: "Take what you find here and make it better"-Eli Lilly. Todo esto en un entorno de aprendizaje constante donde podrás adquirir nuevas habilidades y experiencia profesional.
Responsabilidades
- Control y manejo de sistemas y herramientas de Operaciones de Marketing;
- Soporte a los equipos (marketing, medical, acceso, etc) en el registro y seguimiento de eventos y materiales promocionales;
- Capacitación para nuevos empleados sobre procesos y sistemas;
- Garantizar la conformidad de los procesos y trabajar en su mejora continua.
- Recolección, organización y análisis de datos sobre el desempeño de indicadores clave en operaciones.

- Estudias Administración, Actuaría, Economía, Comunicación o a fin;
- Te falta un año o más para titularte;
- Tienes disponibilidad por las mañanas (6hrs);
- Te interesa ser parte de la empresa farmacéutica más valiosa a nivel mundial;
- Eres una persona sociable que le gusta trabajar en equipo y en colaboración;
- Compromiso con la excelencia, integridad y respeto por las personas;
- Tienes ideas creativas para mejorar procesos actuales.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Pensamiento analítico y estructurado;
- Comunicación clara y asertiva;
- Iniciativa y foco a resolución de problemas;
- Interés en aprendizaje continuo;
- Inglés intermedio;
- Manejo de Excel (Pivotes, Gráficas, Funciones Básicas).
