Perfil requerido

Buscamos profesionales con orientación al servicio, capacidad analítica y habilidad para coordinar procesos comerciales y logísticos, manteniendo un alto nivel de atención y control en entornos dinámicos.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Negocios, Comercio Internacional o Ingeniería Industrial
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en:
  • Servicio al cliente
  • Administración de ventas
  • Manejo de sistemas ERP o CRM (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce u otros)
  • Disponibilidad de horario

  • Comunicación efectiva y empática
  • Claridad y profesionalismo en el manejo del tono de voz

Principales responsabilidades

  • Recibir, ingresar y validar pedidos de clientes en el sistema SAP
  • Desarrollar, implementar y dar seguimiento a acuerdos de servicio con clientes y áreas internas
  • Elaborar reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales de indicadores de servicio
  • (Órdenes Perfectas, Line Fill Rate, entre otros)
  • Coordinar citas de entrega con clientes
  • Planear entregas en conjunto con el área de Distribución, por cliente y por ruta
