En Amazon, estamos trabajando para ser la principal compañía enfocada en los clientes.
Estamos buscando un líder de afiliación de nuevos negocios para nuestra organización en el área de última milla para la entrega de paquetes (Amazon Logistics).
En esta posición serás el responsable de supervisar la expansión del programa mediante nuevas afiliaciones de negocios en un área asignada.
Los negocios que se afilien en tu área proporcionarán el servicio de entrega de paquetes a los clientes que compran en la tienda en línea de Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Trabajar en campo para identificar y afiliar nuevos negocios en tu territorio asignado.
- Tener el control y seguimiento de 45 a 50 partners.
- Identificar oportunidades y áreas de mejora con los clientes dentro del proceso de entrega.
- Visitar a los negocios afiliados de manera periódica para mantener la comunicación y compromiso.
- Realizar mapas de calor para visualizar las zonas dentro de tu territorio donde se requiere la afiliación de nuevos negocios.
- Aclarar expectativas, proveer comunicación clara y mantener una relación efectiva con los negocios afiliados dentro de tu territorio.
- Trabajar con los afiliados dentro de tu territorio para mejorar aspectos operacionales de impacto a la experiencia de los clientes.
- Mejorar el compromiso con los afiliados para incrementar su permanencia.
- Asegurar el volumen de colocación de las tiendas, así como, contribuir con sus capacitaciones para la entrega de paquetes.

Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

- High school or equivalent
