POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Serve as a strategic liaison between the Information Technology (IT) department and various business units, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both business and technology processes, as well as strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive initiatives that create value for the company.

EXPERIENCE

  • B. Sc. degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, IT stakeholder management, or similar roles
  • Solid project management experience (mandatory)
  • Experience or familiarity with IT projects, ideally involving SAP
  • Apply project management methodologies (traditional or agile)
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required
  • Willingness and ability to commute to the workplace located in Cuajimalpa, Estado de México

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional IT specifications
  • Coordinate and follow up on IT projects
  • Support change management and the adoption of new systems

Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per month
