Role Overview

As our Sales Recruiter, you'll own the full recruitment cycle for high-volume sales hiring across multiple U.S. markets and Latin American countries. From sourcing top sales talent to closing candidates, you'll be responsible for building pipelines, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring we attract driven professionals who believe in our mission. This isn't just filling seats. It's building teams that drive impact and change lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for sales positions including Outbound Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership roles
  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies
  • Conduct phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate fit, sales skills, and culture alignment
  • Manage high-volume pipelines with 20–40+ active candidates at various stages simultaneously
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates by selling the mission, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation
  • Track metrics and report on recruiting performance including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
  • Enhance candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process
  • Build talent pools and market intelligence for strategic, proactive hiring

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written & spoken English (Required)
  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring (Required)
  • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong sales acumen — you understand what makes a great salesperson and can identify it in interviews
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms (BambooHR or similar), and Boolean search (Required)
  • High energy and resilience — you thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle rejection
  • Excellent stakeholder management — you can influence hiring managers and provide consultative guidance
  • Willingness to work during U.S. core hours (Traditional 8am–5pm US/AZ time zone)
  • Reliable home office setup (stable internet, computer, webcam, headset)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, legal services, or mission-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with sales hiring metrics and KPIs
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
