Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Patient Care Representative to join our customer service team. In this remote role, you will play an essential part in helping patients navigate their healthcare journey by contacting incoming leads and ensuring they are matched with the right healthcare provider. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a knack for sales to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Contact incoming patient leads via phone, email, and online messaging, understanding their medical needs and guiding them through selecting the right healthcare provider.
  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain trust-based relationships, offering personalized and empathetic support throughout the patient's healthcare experience.
  • Provider Coordination: Act as the bridge between patients and medical providers, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Utilize sales skills to match patients with suitable providers, closing deals and negotiating as necessary to meet both customer and business goals.
  • Outstanding Service: Ensure every patient receives excellent care from inquiry to treatment, surpassing expectations at each step.
  • CRM Management: Maintain patient records using CRM tools, tracking interactions and monitoring performance metrics to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to enhance the patient experience and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Remote Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or customer service (experience with international customers a plus).
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, excellent phone etiquette, proficient in CRM tools, and the ability to work independently.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, and driven to achieve goals.
