Objetivo del puesto

Diseñar, liderar y optimizar la estrategia de comercio electrónico de Cavimex, asegurando una experiencia de cliente excepcional, crecimiento sostenido en ventas online y alineación con los valores de la marca.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de e-commerce (B2B y B2C)
  • Supervisar plataformas digitales, UX/UI, catálogo y logística
  • Coordinar campañas digitales junto con marketing y branding
  • Analizar métricas clave (conversión, tráfico, ticket promedio)
  • Gestionar el equipo de e-commerce y proveedores externos
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y expansión digital

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería o afín
  • +5 años de experiencia en e-commerce y liderazgo de equipos
  • Dominio de plataformas como Shopify, WooCommerce o similares
  • Conocimiento de SEO, SEM, CRM y herramientas de analítica
  • Pensamiento estratégico, enfoque en resultados y liderazgo empático
