Job Title: Retirement Plan Appointment Setter

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our outreach team. In this role, you will contact warm leads generated through Meta marketing campaigns who have expressed interest in retirement planning solutions.

Your primary responsibility is to qualify interest and schedule appointments with licensed financial advisors, who will conduct the full consultation and close the business.

This role is ideal for someone with prior appointment-setting or sales experience who is confident on the phone and comfortable discussing retirement-related topics at a high level (no selling or closing required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact warm, inbound leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) marketing campaigns
  • Confirm the prospect's interest in retirement planning solutions
  • Clearly explain, at a high level, the purpose and benefits of retirement plans such as 403(b) and similar employer-sponsored options
  • Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers when applicable
  • Schedule appointments for licensed financial advisors
  • Accurately log call activity, notes, and appointment outcomes in the CRM
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is required
  • Strong English communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
  • Perfect English (C2 required)
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain basic retirement plan concepts (training provided)
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated in a remote work environment
  • Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn
