Resposabilities:
  • The Accountant will be responsible for cash management, bookkeeping across multiple jurisdictions, and preparing various financial reports.
  • Cash Management: Handling bank payments and performing cash reconciliations.
  • Bookkeeping: Managing the books for a number of legal entities in several jurisdictions.
  • Reporting & Consolidation:
  • Preparation of monthly reports.
  • Preparation of monthly reports and reports for consolidation purposes (Group reporting).
  • Preparation of regulatory and and tax reports.
  • Process Management: Managing deadlines, month-end close cycles, and competing priorities.
  • Audit & Filing: Maintaining electronic filing of accounting documents and assisting with the audit of legal entities.
Requirements:
  • Technical Accounting: Very good knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
  • Software & Standards:
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Compaq, Oracle).
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS.
  • Language:English - advanced level (everyday communication - oral and written).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to self-organize, attention to details, and openness to work as a part of a global team.
