Acerca del puesto:

El Administrador SAP Netweaver / SAP Basis Senior será responsable de la instalación, configuración, mantenimiento y optimización de entornos SAP, asegurando la disponibilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de las plataformas. Este rol implica trabajar en landscapes ABAP y JAVA, gestionar actualizaciones, aplicar notas SAP y resolver problemas complejos de desempeño.

Funciones esenciales del puesto:

  • Administrar entornos SAP Basis en plataformas ABAP y JAVA.
  • Realizar instalaciones, upgrades y actualizaciones de componentes SAP (Kernel, Support Packages, Plug-ins, Add-ons, Enhancement Packages).
  • Configurar y administrar el sistema de transportes y ejecutar copias de clientes (locales y remotas).
  • Aplicar notas SAP y realizar troubleshooting para optimización de desempeño.
  • Monitorear sistemas mediante CCMS y herramientas de System Monitoring.
  • Gestionar seguridad: auditorías, roles y perfiles.
  • Administrar bases de datos Oracle y HANA (instalación, parametrización, optimización, backup/restore).
  • Soporte en entornos SAP ECC, S/4HANA y SAP HANA Cloud Connector.
  • Colaborar en proyectos de migración y operación en nubes públicas (Azure, AWS, Google).

Requisitos básicos:

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en administración SAP Basis y Netweaver.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en landscapes SAP ABAP y JAVA.
  • Experiencia en sistemas operativos Windows, Unix (HP-UX, Solaris, AIX) y Linux (deseable).
  • Administración de bases de datos Oracle y HANA (mínimo 2 años).

Otras cualidades valoradas:

  • Certificación SAP Netweaver (deseable).
  • Conocimientos básicos en nubes públicas (Azure, AWS, Google).
  • Actitud de servicio, comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad para trabajo en equipo y manejo de situaciones críticas.
  • Accountability en la solución de problemas.
