US HR Operations Analyst

GBS HR Operations Analyst
, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting compliance, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal stakeholders. This position is hybrid, requiring five days per month in our Grand Rapids, MI office, giving you flexibility while staying connected with the team.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain Personnel Records - Accurately update and manage employee records and employment-related documentation in HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Serve as Escalation Partner - Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex HR inquiries escalated from our outsourced HR partner, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain service excellence.
• Drive Continuous Improvement - Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and implement solutions that improve accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance the employee experience.
• Own Background Check Determinations – Partner with internal teams to ensure candidates meet all role requirements, supporting talent acquisition and safeguarding quality standards for incoming employees.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or Related field
• Experience working with HR systems or similar platforms
• Experience working with US Background Checks
• High attention to detail and ability to execute work accurately
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
• Fluent level of English, since this position will provide service to US
