GBS HR Operations Analyst
, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting compliance, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal stakeholders. This position is hybrid, requiring five days per month in our Grand Rapids, MI office, giving you flexibility while staying connected with the team.
Our team is known for its commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with peers and partners to deliver efficient, high quality HR services while driving process improvements that enhance compliance and the employee experience.
A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain Personnel Records - Accurately update and manage employee records and employment-related documentation in HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as Escalation Partner - Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex HR inquiries escalated from our outsourced HR partner, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain service excellence.
- Drive Continuous Improvement - Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and implement solutions that improve accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance the employee experience.
- Own Background Check Determinations – Partner with internal teams to ensure candidates meet all role requirements, supporting talent acquisition and safeguarding quality standards for incoming employees.
We're Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or Related field
- Experience working with HR systems or similar platforms
- Experience working with US Background Checks
- High attention to detail and ability to execute work accurately
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Fluent level of English, since this position will provide service to US
